With ticks continuing to spread at a rapid pace throughout New England Vermont has now moved into the number one position for reported cases of Lyme disease per capita in the Country. Read these tips for avoiding and repelling ticks.
Last May, we had a great presentation about Lyme Disease/Tick Awareness from David Morrison, a long-term instructor for FireProTec. This presentation comes to us as he continues to personally fight Lyme Disease. He shared his knowledge on what is becoming the fastest growing vector borne disease in the world.
Spring is here and summer is close on its tail, so let’s get the warm months in Vermont started properly. Take a short ride down to Basin Harbor and treat yourself to the good life on Lake Champlain, as well as some pretty sweet deals. After all, that’s what neighbors are for.

The VTGCSA Board of Directors is excited to announce Year 3 of our Industry Partners Program with our associate members designed to streamline your decision making process involved in advertising, sponsorship and participation in VTGCSA events and affairs. This program should make budgeting easier and reduce the in-season requests for sponsorship throughout the year.
