The Vermont Golf Course Superintendent's Association (VtGCSA)
is organized as a non-profit corporation for the following
purposes:
To further the education of its members in the science
of golf course maintenance and its related fields;
To encourage the free exchange of golf ideas and experiences
with respect to golf course maintenance;
To advance the interests and welfare of its members;
To encourage the highest standards of dignity, integrity,
and skill in the profession of golf course superintendents;
To foster active cooperation and participation in all things
good for the profession of golf and golf course superintendents
including legislative and regulatory participation, turfgrass
conferences, experimental and research work, and any movement
that will result in increased efficiency in golf course
maintenance; and in general to conduct any other activities
which the Board of Directors may wish to pursue.
